What is included in the price?

The facility fee, surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee and fees associated with routine follow-up care.

What is NOT INCLUDED in the price?

Any diagnostic studies necessary such as lab, MRI, X-rays, consultations with medical specialists to determine need for surgery, medical risk / management, durable medical equipment, physical therapy and rehabilitation, and lodging and transportation expenses.

Implants or hardware used during a procedure are excluded and will be charged at the time of surgery. A quote will be provided to you after your initial consultation with the physician.

Expenses or fees resulting from complications subsequent to the completion of surgery and discharge from the facility are also not included.

Please contact the North Hills Surgery Center Scheduling Department at scheduling@nhscnwa.com or 479-713-6161. The Scheduling Department is open Monday – Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8 am to 4:00 pm

How long is the quoted price valid?

Fees are valid for (sixty) 60 days after the initial consultation and the physician has deemed a surgical procedure is necessary.

How is a physician selected for me?

If you do not have a preference, an appropriate physician will be selected from our qualified staff.

What if I see a physician and I am not a candidate for surgery?

Included in our package is a $150 consultation fee. If you are not a candidate for surgery, you are only responsible for the consultation fee.

Can payment arrangements be made?

Payment in full is required at the time of service. No payment arrangements can be made.
